Statutes, for West Hawaii Senior Living in North Kona, Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key (3)
7-5-017:005.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 694-20. This
amendment corrects an editing error.
The proposed amendment is illustrated below in Ramseyer format as applied to the current
contents of Resolution No. 694-20. Material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to
be added is underscored.
Resolution No. 694-20 is amended by amending the second item in Exhibit "A" to read as
follows:
"2. Exemption from Condition P of Ordinance 06-78, submission of a flood study as long as no
[ ] improvements are made in the
floodway."
Due to the limited scope of this amendment, a draft copy of the draft 2 of this resolution that
would result if this proposed amendment is adopted is not attached.
