Adds the Public Works Lako Street Extension to Ali`i Drive project for$1 million
to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from General
Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources.

TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20-44, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Lako Street Extension to Ali`i Drive $ 1,000,000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 1,000,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
