CALL TO The regular meeting of the Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit
ORDER: was called to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, Hilo, Hawaii, by
Ms. Susan L. K. Lee Loy, Chair.

Res. 693-20: ACCEPTS THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOT A (KUKUINUI PLACE),
IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEY: 7-3-028:115, SITUATED ON THE
WESTERLY END OF KUKUINUI PLACE BEING ALSO APPROXIMATELY
240 FEET WESTERLY OF HOLOHOLO STREET AT KALAOA 4TH,
ISLAND AND COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII, FROM RS 10
KALAOA, LLC, A HAWAII LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
The landholder seeks to dedicate the roadways and all improvements for public
roadway purposes.

Motion to Approve: Ms. Eoff moved to recommend adoption of Res. 693-20.
Seconded by Ms. David.
CHR. LEE LOY: Ms. Eoff, this is in your district. Go ahead,please.
MS. EOFF: Right. No, I really seeI don't have any questions. I see the map
and it's kind of, you know, where Holoholo Street is, part-way down Kaiminani,
and then it's over to the side of that subdivision. It's the subdivision where the
road lot will connect and be dedicated to the County. So thank you, all the work
that's been done to get to this point. I yield.
CHR. LEE LOY: Thank you, Ms. Eoff. Any other comments? Seeing none—and
I do want to point out, the Department of Environmental Management, Department
of Water Supply, Planning Department, and Department of Public Works have also
provided review of the subject matter get a dedication and have approved. So with
that, all those in favor please, for a recommendation to send Resolution 693-20 to
the Council with a favorable recommendation, please say "aye."
Vote on Res. 693-20: The motion to recommend adoption of Res. 693-20
(Approved) was carried by the following voice vote:
Ayes: Committee Members Chung, David, Eoff,
Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Villegas,
and Chair Lee Loy –7.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Members Poindexter and
Richards –2.
Excused: None.
