I support Resolution 678-20 as I have heard enough warnings that the safety is not at all certain for human health. I want the
implementation to be based on sound scientific study. I live where I do not get a reliable signal from Hawaiiantel who provides
my internet and ask that attention be paid first and foremost to getting reliable internet service to all of Hawaii island. This is so
needed if schools will be using partial/total home-based schooling during the Covid-19 pandemic.
