Your hands are not tied in this matter. Once you see the true rule of law (as explained in this letter), you will be able to understand that 5G does not meet the INTENT of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. These antennae do not comply with building codes. In fact, your oath of office probably prohibits you from approving these applications. Telecom companies are very shady - beware the liability you take on here - wireless technology is not insurable! Who will be liable when people start to sue? Make sure it's the telecoms and not the county! Even if you are sued for denying an application for wireless facilities, the company cannot win damages nor legal fees, only the ability to place the antenna. You are much better off saying NO now (and risking small lawsuits) than gambling by improperly permitting dangerous facilities and bankrupting the county later! I highly recommend Susan Clarke - Scientists4wiredtech.com/susan - if you want information on legal strategy. Andrew Campanelli, PC is very competent if you need legal advice. Wishing you all the best... H rt 0 (D tD Warm Regards, ;, ;— o c) r" o Summer R. Egland ) g / 1 Certified EMF Expert Consultant © O ) g tg.LessenEMF.com H '211 Virus-free. www.avq.com Comm.
