Please support resolution 678-20! CALLING UPON ALL TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES AND PUBLIC UTILITIES OPERATING IN
HAWAII COUNTY TO CEASE THE BUILDOUT OF 5G WIRELESS INFRASTRUCTURE UNTIL SUCH TECHNOLOGIES HAVE BEEN PROVEN
THROUGH INDEPENDENT RESEARCH AND TESTING TO BE SAFE TO HUMAN HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
5G frequencies are very harmful to humans, animals, and plants.The only reason that Hawaii is a sanctuary virtually free of"Covid-
19" illnesses is the slowness to install 5G infrastructure in our islands. If you do nothing to stop 5G installations,then Hawaii
residents will start dropping like flies as we see all over the United States in "Covid-19" cases all over the world. Heavy exposure to
any kind of wireless radiation including WiFi can cause the blood to coagulate, and thereby not allow it to transport oxygen and vital
nutrients the body needs to live.About 75%autopsies of"Covid-19" mortalities showed the blood was coagulated unnaturally. 5G
also includes millimeter waves including 60 GHz which is scientifically known to be the oxygen absorption frequency. Oxygen
molecules heat up at this frequency; the lungs are unable to receive oxygen in the presence of 60 GHz.This is why many people in
large cities including New York feel like they can't breathe,yet their lungs are not filled with fluid as in patients that have pneumonia.
There are thousands of independent scientific studies that proved wireless radiation is harmful. 5G millimeter wave frequencies are
even more harmful. Some of those frequencies were developed by the US Military as active crowd control weapons to stun people.
And yet the wireless industry claims that they are harmless.That is because they pay industry scientists to write studies to say that.
They can get away with that, because the FCC is a captured agency. It is politically controlled to deregulate this industry, instead of
regulating it like it is supposed to.The industry claims there is no harm unless the wireless radiation heats up the subject, a 1996
standard.That is scientifically proved to be a lie. Wireless radiation causes DNA damage, which causes cancer. It also damages
mitochondria by activating voltage-gated calcium channels, and causes cell death.This scientific article explains much more about

Please stop all 5G cell tower installations on Hawaii Island to protect nearby residents! You can proceed again if you prove they are
safe. Please also put a moratorium on high-frequency wireless installations, especially millimeter wave police and hospital
communications equipment!"
