No. 701-20 <br /> PLACE: Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit, to which was referred Resolution No. 701-20, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 701-20, introduced by Committee Chair Susan L.K. Lee Loy at the request of the <br /> Administration and transmitted via Communication No. 1022 from Deputy Corporation Counsel <br /> Danny B. Patel dated July 28, 2020, accepts the dedication of roadway lots A-1, A-2, and A-3, <br /> identified as Tax Map Key Nos. (3) 4-5-011:042, (3) 4-5-011:043, and (3)4-5-011:044, situated at <br /> Namoku, District of Hamakua, in the County of Hawai`i. The landowner, Woo Family Limited <br /> Partnership, wishes to dedicate the roadways and all improvements to the County of Hawai`i. <br /> Chair Lee Loy noted the transmittal communication included supportive letters from the Office of the <br /> Corporation Counsel, Planning Department, Department of Environmental Management, Department of <br /> Water Supply, and Department of Public Works.
