Subject: Regarding the(FBH)
I am writing regarding the (FBH). I strongly appose. (FBH) is just taking away jobs. I work for the
carpenters union on the big island. Where construction jobs are small and there's not much jobs. We
get laid off and back to the bench waiting for the next job. But we make pretty good money, cause it's
a skilled trade. You can't watch a video, and put up a foundation and finish a Concreate slab. Its done
with Repetition and feeling. And not every one knows on a 45 degree corner that your cut is a 22.5
degree angle, cause 22.5 + 22.5=45 and on a 90 degree corner your cuts are 45 degree angles for finish
carpentry trim work. That's why we get paid fairly. On this island when we are on the bench we have
to do side jobs to keep our cars and a roof over our heads and feed our kids. So I say, do away with
(FBH). So we have jobs to build and make money.
