Oppose Bill 179 appendix L

My name is Dwayne kalai from DC CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LLC. I'm a new contractor in this high demand
field of work, we're all trying to make ends meet but there's a lot of completion. I strongly oppose of appendix L
factory built housing, I think the rules and laws should be the same for everyone, not bypassing steps required for all
of us private contractors trying to make it..if this law is passed it will take jobs away from all of us, we need all the
work we can get due to the high cost of living in Hawaii and with the economic impact we're taking right now..
Please listen to the people and remove appendix L from the bill
