My name is Ray Martinez and I'm reaching out to the county council in regards to Bill 179 factory built housing. I strongly disagree
with allowing factory built housing to operate business in Hawaii and take local jobs away from local people who depend on jobs in
are already(Distressed Economy)that locals need to take care there Families!!! Me being a local 745 carpenters union member for
the last 20 yrs have worked on numerous projects all over the state and have lots of construction experience highly disagree with a
outside company attempting to destroy and take away jobs that other carpenters and myself have spent a lifetime to develop high
level skill to achieve!!! I Ray Martinez vote no to Bill 179 Factory Built houses!!
