I oppose Appendix L in Bill 179 because I feel that factory built housing would take away jobs from a lot of
construction workers. Only a few construction workers are needed in this type of construction, leaving
many out of the workforce. The ramifications of this Bill 179 would have a serious negative impact on our
local economy.
