As a resident and construction worker on big island of Hawaii i have a family to support and sometimes with not many jobs available to us it is already difficult to bring money in. If this bill passes you will be taking money from all of us who have to work so hard already to make our ends meet. If the FBH bill-is passed it will have a negative.impact on an already struggling construction industry and its workers here on big island. our economy has already taken a hard hit during the covid 19 pandemic and if this bill is. passed it will make it much worse. i request county council to remove Appendix L relating to FBH in proposed ordinance Thank you for your time and thank you for this opportunity to be able to submit written testimony Sincerely, Dennis Walsh C H r1 (D 0 Qoo O H tv 'C H Comm.
