Aloha,
My name is Kimberly Kahoonei and I have been a resident in Hawai'i all my life. I am writing this testimony in support of Resolution
678-20, halting all 5G until further research is done on the ramifications it would bring to our'aina,our would life, our air, our keiki,
and ourselves. What effects will 5G towers/wavelengths/radiation do to us?There are reports that link communities close in
proximity to 5G towers to be at higher risk of cancer due to radiation which also stunts their development.With 5G only starting to
roll out,why is it causing so much harm in such a short matter of time?There needs to be more research done proving that this will
not cause greater harm to our communities Plain and simple, I do not think that faster WiFi or phone service outweighs the safety of
our environment and our health.
