COUNTY CLERK COUNTY OF HAWAII RECEIVED Time3:98 o1►' _ BY Date JUL 2 0 2020 I'm extremely concerned that neighbors will be bothered by towers because it will block precious views, they hum, and are not proven to be save yet for humans, animals and plants. I vote for save teclulology. I vote for state owned Fiber Optics ( so revenues stay in Hawaii ) So I hope that you are on the side of precaution and halt the implementation of 4G/5G towers in Hawaii for the near fiiture. Who will pay for damages caused by 5G??? "According to Swiss Re Institute's recent SONAR report on emerging risk trends, however, the new technology may also introduce risks that could significantly impact the insurance industry. For example, cyber exposures will be dramatically increased as hackers will be able to exploit device vulnerabilities more easily and launch attacks more quickly and at greater volume, making them harder to defend against. Magnified privacy and information security threats could lead to increased litigation risks, while international disputes over implementation could increase the potential for espionage and sabotage via security "backdoors" and ultimately impact financial markets. Also, because additional antennas and cell towers are necessary for functional 5G network coverage and capacity, there may be an increased possibility of negative health effects from exposure to higher levels of electromagnetic radiation, leading to more long -tail liability claims." http://www.nnmagazine.com/2019/08/01/insurers-brace-for-emerging-5 -rg isks/ No to 4G/5G Support Resolution 678-20 Marlies Lee Comm.
