Hunt <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Capital Budget to increase the current fiscal <br />year's appropriation of the Fire / Police Dispatch Project by $13,800,000 bringing the total to <br />$46,000,000. This additional appropriation will be used for the communication tower, Motorola <br />radio equipment, cat 6 cables and termination, HECO, Spectrum fiber with NGN Network, <br />Hawaiian Telcom, CCTV, E911 and other miscellaneous allowances. <br />The Department of Public Works requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and <br />be placed on the September 16, 2020 Council agenda in order to expedite this project.
