Aloha. I fully support Resolution 678-20 and I ask you to vote FOR it.
Resolution 678-20 is one of the most common sense Resolutions I've seen to prevent potential harm BEFORE it
happens.
There is the Precautionary Principle in Environmental Science to rely on for your decisions in this Resolution ... and
for all other projects that come before you:

"The precautionary principle, proposed as a new guideline in environmental decision making, has four central
components: taking preventive action in the face of uncertainty; shifting the burden of proof to the proponents of an
activity; exploring a wide range of alternatives to possibly harmful actions; and increasing public participation in
decision making."
Please remember the disaster of importing the mongoose to kill rats. WRONG!
Please remember the outrageous and long lasting harm caused by the marijuana eradication program, or Green
Harvest. WRONG!
You hopefully learned these helpful sayings at home and in grade school:
"Look before you leap."
"An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure."
"Better safe -than sorry."
And every carpenter knows to: "Measure twice - cut once."
It simply makes common sense to prove 5G safe to human health and the environment through independent research
and testing BEFORE approving it. Please vote to APPROVE Resolution 678-20. Thank you.
