Please vote no on this resolution. We need to keep pace with technology and expand our capabilities
in regards to communication and information technologies. Build out the 5G network now.
This reminds me when the car was invented nobody thought we should go faster than 25 mph because
it would damage our health and was incredibly dangerous.
