Subject: Support for Reso 678-20
I send this email message in strong support of Resolution 678-20 to stop 5G deployment until it can be
proven safe. Despite what telecommunications lobbyists have said, you, the Local Council, have the power
and authority to regulate 5G. Many municipalities and even countries have issued regulations, restrictions,
or are banning 5G outright, including Belgium, Slovenia, Croatia, the cities of Geneva, Switzerland, Easton,
CT and Farragut TN, and nearly 100 municipalities in Italy.
Over 26,000 scientists have signed an Oppose 5G Rollout petition citing evidence that radio frequency
radiation is harmful to life and is already overwhelming our biological systems.
Even more worrisome is that Lloyd's of London insurance coverage excludes any compensation for claims
that are "directly or indirectly arising out of resulting from or contributed to by electromagnetic fields,
electro -magnetic radiation, electromagnetism, radio waves or noise." AND Firefighters in California are
exempt from 5G antennas being installed at fire stations. After producing medical data indicating
neurological damage to all firefighters working out of a station with 5G antennas, the IAFF
(firefighter's union) got the Governor of California to make an exemption for future stations to have
cell towers installed.
Please support Resolution 678-20 to cease 5G deployment until it is proven safe by studies riot paid for by
the telecom industry and its investors, inventors and lobbyists.
