Aloha Council,
My name is Chadbourne Villarin. I've grown up my whole life on Alii Drive. Banyans was our playground growing up and still is.
OPPOSE BILL 186 for the one million dollar Lako Extension.This area at Banyans is already congested.This will only create more
traffic.This land is also sacred and our ancestors are buried in this area. we need to preserve, protect, and let them RIP.
