I'm writing to indicate my STRONG SUPPORT of RES 716-20. Contact tracing has been and will continue to be aii I
important part of our pandemic response strategy. It appears that our efforts at the state level have been less-than-
adequate. The reliance on human contact tracers is inadequate, given the automation that is available. With the proper
mobile app, community engagement, and a team equipped to analyzeze and distill the data, we will have a more real-
time and laser-focused approach to identifying sources of COVID-19 spread, high-risk contacts, and potential
breakouts. This will help us more effectively mobilize our already limited resources to contain and manage spread.
