I am writing to support Bill 179, with the provisions to allow for building of modular homes.As these homes are less expensive than
other homes, it will provide an opportunity for home ownership to many of those who have lower incomes. Something like this can
help us end homelessness. Home owners are less likely to go back to the streets because they will not be evicted,they will own the
home.
Please help us decrease homelessness by passing this bill,with its appendices. Please help get more people into home ownership.
