Re: Resolution No. 716-20, Draft 2; Resolution urging the Mayor to support the
release of Sustain Hawai`i's Perseus ID mobile application as well as all other
mobile applications offering similar services for free and voluntary use by County
constituents.
Attached is Resolution No. 716-20, as amended to Draft 2 with the contents of Communication
No. 1050.8, as duly approved by Council on September 16, 2020.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 716-20, as amended to Draft 2.
