Hunt <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the acquisition of private property (a portion of <br />property identified as Tax Map Key Number (3) 9-6-002:018) by eminent domain for the <br />Pdhala Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the District of Ka`u, County and State of Hawaii, <br />in accordance with Section 101-13, Hawaii Revised Statutes. <br />Since this wastewater treatment plant project is under an EPA Administrative Order of <br />Consent, the Department of Environmental Management requests that this resolution be <br />waived from Finance Committee and be placed on the October 7, 2020 Council agenda. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Robin Bauman of the Department <br />of Environmental Management at 961-8179. <br />Deanna S.
