I was evacuated by Civil Defense and taken to the shelter in Pahoa
that was being run by American Red Cross and Salvation Army.
Therewas a 60 foot wall of lava that went in a mile from the shore that I!
destroyed my home. An aerial survey showed that my home was covered by
the lava.
My address was at 14-5009 Walea Rd, Lot 105, in Vacationland at Kapoho
Beach.
I came to Florida in June, 2018, where I have family, and I have been here
ever since, but I am anxious to return to Hawaii, which was my home for 25
years.
