in~rdencr of accidrms, and the community has been trying for a long Lme to get the Stan

create quite a traffic ,lam.

Road . ~hiCh pamnts and husscc use coming from the direction of the highway, is angled
in such a way that these vehicles ah+ays cut the corner, so that cars leaving the school
ahe~ dropping ofl'the cMldren hate to crthcr stop before the corner (where the visibilih~
n blocked by the Chain hnk fences), or venture out into traffic in hopes Thal no unseen
trhicle is approaching Altogether, this area is a saltily nightmare.

h<rzard than nut+ mist>. F.ven if the applicant is not planning a business with heavy
tratf is onto her property. a future business might do so, which would greatly e>;accrbatc

I am also Concerned that to the future, a business which would attract
schoolchildren to muss the road or pla) hookey might locate there if this land use
bounden change is approved by the Council That would not be in the best intarcsts of "T~7~ Off'
