JMtvosN , <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI •� � "\�'�i_• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> I ; . . =r <br /> ,•\;•;j4 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 750 20 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A <br /> LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR <br /> FOR MULTI-YEAR LEASES FOR FOURTEEN (14) COPY <br /> MACHINES FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII POLICE <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, <br /> lease or other obligation requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a <br /> later fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into multi-year leases for <br /> five (5) years, for fourteen (14) copy machines for the County of Hawaii Police <br /> Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, these copiers will be located at the Police Department's Hilo <br /> CID, Hilo Squad Room, Hilo Training, Hilo Detention, Hilo Police Commission, <br /> Kea'au Sub Station, Pahoa Station, Ka`u Station, Honoka`a Station, Laupahoehoe <br /> Station, Waimea Station, Kohala Station, Mauna Lani Sub Station, and Captain <br /> Cook Sub Station Facilities; and <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into five (5) year leases <br /> for the equipment as indicated above, for the County of Hawaii <br /> Police Department. <br />
