No. 736-20 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:03 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 736-20, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 736-20, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 1084 <br /> dated September 18, 2020, authorizes the Office of the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of <br /> Hawai`i, Department of Agriculture pursuant to Hawai`i Revised Statutes Section 46-7, for a grant to the <br /> Department of Research and Development. <br /> This resolution provides funds in the amount of$49,896 that would be used for the North Kohala Coqui <br /> Frog Control project, to prevent the establishment of the coqui frog in the North Kohala district.. <br /> A motion to move Resolution No. 736-20 to Council with a positive recommendation was made by <br /> Council Herbert M.
