No. 1089/Bill No. 205 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:03 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 205, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 205, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 1089 <br /> dated September 18, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 20-45, as amended, the Operating Budget for the <br /> County of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending July 30, 2021. <br /> Bill No. 205 increases revenues in the following State Grant Program Income accounts: Periodic Motor <br /> Vehicle Inspection (PMVI) ($12,787) and Commercial Driver License (CDL) ($11,360); and <br /> appropriates the same to the following Salary& Wages accounts: PMVI ($12,787) and CDL ($11,360), <br /> for the total appropriation of$448,716 (PMVI), and $378,270 (CDL). <br /> A motion to move Bill No. 205 to Council with a positive recommendation was made by Council <br /> Member Rebecca Villegas, and seconded by Council Member Ashley L.
