AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20-44, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20-44, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation by:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Fire / Police Dispatch
(110.299.5295.08) $ 13,800,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $ 13,800,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
