Dear Mayor Yamashiro:
The Liliuokalani Gardens are known world-wide for their
beauty and the charm they add to Hilo. The trees and other
plantings are a major part of the attractiveness.
2 urge, very respectfully, a moratorium on any further
cutting of trees in the Gardens and request that a public
hearing be held concerning the cutting down of trees and
other alterations to this beautiful spot.
