A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE AND DESIGNATING THE CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the Rules of Procedure
and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai‘i, the following members are hereby appointed to the Committee on Finance:

Heather L. Kimball
Aaron S.Y. Chung
Maile Medeiros David
Holeka Goro Inaba
Ashley L. Kierkiewicz

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member Matt Kaneali‘i-Kleinfelder and Council Member Heather L. Kimball are hereby designated Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, of said Committee
