Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Hawaii Rise Foundation to assist Hawaii
Community College (HCC) with its Mobile Greenhouse Training program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $11,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
