REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairman Chung:
Pursuant to HRS § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client confidential discussion, in
executive session, to consult with the County Council on questions and issues pertaining to its
powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities regarding the above -entitled matter,
including a discussion regarding a litigation filed by Scott Mattoch, on behalf of his client,
Alexandrea M. Newell.
We ask that this case be placed on the Council's December 23, 2020 agenda.
