No. 1148/Bill No. 224 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:02 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 224, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 224, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 1147 dated <br /> October 28, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 20-44, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and <br /> Financing thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. <br /> Bill No. 224 adds the Parks and Recreation Waiakea Uka Park project for $2.1 million to the Capital <br /> Budget.
