AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20-44, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
J U lLY 15 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20-44, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 20211
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Kalaniana`ole Avenue Reconstruction $ 10,000,000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 10,0001000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
