SUBJECT: A Resolution Authorizing the Extension of the Public Sewer from Alii Drive to a
Planned Subdivision to Service Parcels 7-7-004:057 and 7-7-004:058 at
Kaumalumalu, District of North Kona, Island and County of Hawai`i, State of
Hawaii
Attached for your review and consideration is a proposed resolution and exhibit authorizing the
extension of the public sewer system from Ali`i Drive to a planned subdivision to service two
(2)parcels, pursuant to Chapter 21, Section 21-26.1 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016
Edition, as amended), Approval of Extensions of the Public Sewer System.
Please place this item on the next available and appropriate County Council committee agenda.
