Re: Agreement with the University of Hawaii
Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an intergovernmental Right-of-Entry agreement with the
University of Hawaii for access and temporary use of lands under their jurisdiction. The Right-
of-Entry agreement is necessary to repair damages to existing drainage facilities that were
sustained during heavy flooding and other natural disasters.
