Re: Agreement with the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources
Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an intergovernmental Right-of-Entry agreement with the
State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources for access and temporary use of
lands under their jurisdiction. The Right-of-Entry agreement is necessary to repair damages to
existing drainage facilities that were sustained during heavy flooding and other natural disasters.
