Re: Capital Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance appropriating the excess fuel tax revenues collected
from 2018-2020. Actual revenues collected exceeded the $6,800,000 of projected
revenues established in Ordinance 19-7 by $91,400.42. The excess revenues are being
distributed using the same procedures and percentages established by Ordinance 19-7. A
breakdown of the programs and the specific projects are listed on Exhibit A of the bill.
