Subject: Bill 217 preventing pedestrian access to Waipio Valley
Dear council members,
I feel this is unfair to people that don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to prevent pedestrians access to the beach. If
someone does not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle how do they get down to Waipio Valley?

My family and I live in Honoka'a and we occasionally like to walk down to the beach. If you prevent pedestrian
access to the beach we can not go there because we do not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Please do not prevent local residents from having access to our shoreline.
