Sako, via Communication No. 24 dated <br /> November 18, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 20-45, as amended, the Operating Budget for the <br /> County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2021. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the following Federal—Foster Youth to Independence <br /> Initiative Voucher accounts: Voucher($175,000) and Administration($25,000); and <br /> appropriates the same to the following Foster Youth to Independence Initiative Voucher <br /> accounts: Voucher($175,000) and Administration($25,000).
