As a full time resident of the Kona Vistas subdivision in Kailua-Kona, I oppose appointment of Zendo Kern as
County Planning Director. This candidate is under-educated and unqualified for such a critical position, as well as
having a conflict of interest. Please oppose the appointment of this candidate, or any other candidate whose
qualifications and loyalties are unclear.
