Aloha County Council,
I have wave concerns about the proposed Planing Director Zendo Kern.I didn't find,uiy information that qualifies him for a Directors
position.
I didn't see where he has supervised a number of employees,prepared or administered any budgets, let alone nn1 a department. I hope you
wi 11 look at the required County qualifications.
I also have grave concerns because he has many developer clients and it may be just a rubber stamp by him when one of his past clients
present a project.Even as he says,he will let a deputy
review cases,but who would go against there direct boss?
I feel another choice is needed.
