My name is Rhonda Pollard. I live in Honokaa and serve as the President of Friends of Waikoloa Village I)og
Park. I would like to state that I am "for" the appointment of Maurice Messina as director of Parks and
Recreation. "Then Mr. Messina was the deputy director of Parks and Recreation, our non-profit group met in person
and conversed on the phone with him to discuss the dog park within Kamakoa Nui Park in Waikoloa Village, and he
was responsive and helpful. Our group looks forward to working with Mr. Messina to see our project designed and
completed.
