SUBJECT: Request for presentation regarding nonprofit charitable organizations.
I am requesting approximately 45 minutes for a presentation and discussion including
representatives of Hawaii Community Foundation and possibly other nonprofit philanthropic
organizations.
Hawaii Community Foundation is an established philanthropic organization that serves as a
community resource hub to improve the lives of the people of Hawaii.
Any presentation material for this status update will be provided under a separate
communication.
Please place this item on the next available Human Services and Social Services Committee
agenda.
