REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairwoman David and Hawaii County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above-referenced matter, including a discussion regarding a
litigation Ted H.S. Hong, Esq. filed on behalf of his client, Chang Y. Aiona, V.
We ask that this case be placed on the Council's February 3, 2021 agenda. If
granted, I will appear before the Council in person in Kona Council Chambers.
