Aloha Council Chair David and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Kelly Valenzuela of Council District 9 to the Board of Ethics.
Ms. Valenzuela,born and raised in the State of Hawai'i, is currently employed as a Real Estate
Agent with comprehensive experience in real estate development and community outreach.
Ms. Valenzuela is a passionate advocate for women against domestic violence, serves as a
volunteer with the Salvation Army, as Director of Solid Rock Ministries Traveling Preschool and
formerly served on the Board of Appeals. If confirmed, she will serve a term to end December
31, 2022.
