Roth, dated December 30, 2020, <br /> nominates Richard Henderson II of District 2 to the Board of Appeals. <br /> Executive Assistant to the Mayor, Pomaika`i Bartolome, was in Hilo Chambers to introduce the <br /> nominee. Richard Henderson II is a lifelong resident of Hawaii, with more than 35 years of <br /> experience in real estate.
