Please amend the term ending date of Gay Mathews' appointment to the Merit Appeals Board
from December 31, 2025 to December 31 2024. Mayor Roth's nomination letter dated
December 30, 2020 inadvertently displayed the incorrect date. Ms. Mathews' nomination was
heard before the Finance Committee at its January 20, 2021 meeting, and was forwarded with a
positive recommendation for confirmation by the full Council at its February 3, 2021 meeting.
