Re: Amend Bill 19
Bill 19 was transmitted to Council on January 14, 2021 to set up the proper accounts and
appropriate WIOA Disaster Recovery funds for the Office of Housing and Community
Development(OHCD). The OHCD was recently notified by the Department of Labor and
Industrial Relations Workforce Development Council that they will be receiving more
funding than initially anticipated. The OHCD wishes to amend Bill 19 in order to make the
following changes (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is
underscored):
